Information collected

When you request a quote, sample, technical document or catalogue, we collect the details you provide: name, work email, company, country, product interest, quantity and project message. Your explicit consent is required before submitting.

How information is used

Submitted details are stored to process your request and support project follow-up. They are not a newsletter subscription. If a CRM integration is configured by the website operator, the details may be forwarded to that system for enquiry management. Operational request notifications may be sent to the site owner.

Downloads and access

Catalogue download links are issued after a request is saved and expire for access protection. The website does not expose an enquiry list or visitor contact details publicly.

Your choices

You can request access, correction or deletion of your enquiry by using the contact form and quoting your enquiry reference. The website operator must confirm retention periods, responsible company details and applicable cross-border privacy requirements before production launch.
